This place takes you back in time 65 million years ago.

A real-life dinosaur-themed property called “Jurassic Retreat” is on the market for $1.3 million.

Located in Washougal, Washington near Portland, Oregon, the property sits on over two acres and is home to an abundance of dinosaurs.

Over 2,100 square feet of open-beam loft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gives you a real-life feel from the thrilling movie series.

When you enter the gate, five motorized, life-sized dinosaurs appear throughout the house and even make dinosaur noises.

Other features include jacuzzis, mini jeeps, and in-room movie-themed décor.

Newly built in 2020, this home is often used as a short term rental.

Louise James, listing agent for Cascade Husson Sotheby’s International Realty, told local broadcasters: KOIN. “It was originally a small hut on the land, but he built this really nice, modern-looking little house.”

The property is located on just over 2 acres.

“It’s hidden in a tree,” added James. “What I always call the woods off the Washougal River Road, this is a really beautiful place. Two minutes from Dugan Falls and the swimming hole, it’s just beautiful. People like going there because you can. You’re definitely out in the wilderness, and it’s beautiful, but it’s not that far from reality.”

However, if you don’t want to own it permanently, you also have the option to rent it on Airbnb for $331 a night.

“Park on the property and step into the interior spaces of this home to be greeted by life-sized T-Rex, Velociraptor and Triceratops.” List states. “If you manage to tear yourself apart offsite, visit Washougal River State Park or hike your local trails!”

Jurassic Park was the first sci-fi movie released in 1993.

Next year will be our 30th anniversary, so some groups may have already booked their stay for next year.
