Waterfront Florida Megamansion Sells for $28.5 Million, a Broward County Record

A contemporary waterfront mega-condominium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, sold for $ 28.5 million, marking the most expensive home sale in Broward County.

According to Zillow’s list of records, a 13,800-square-foot home located in the gated community of Sagamore Cove in Las Olas Isles sold for about $ 4 million last week, more than the next most expensive sale in the county. Tim Elms and Addison Raff of the Elms Group of Compass were on the list.
