The shopping center in the Catalina Foothills area was purchased by investors for $ 18.4 million. Located on the southeastern corner of Skyline Drive and Campbell Avenue, the 33,347-square-foot Paloma Village Center is located on 4.49 acres.
Tenants include Flemings Steakhouse, CVS, Starbucks, and several smaller retail and services businesses. Chad Tiedeman and Danny Gardiner represented the seller along with Phoenix Commercial Advisors.
“In addition to the location, the surrounding Catalina Foothills provides the property with one of the state’s wealthiest consumer trading areas that helped attract buyers,” Tiedeman said.
No changes to the center have been announced.

ZFILLC and Caneel Investments AZ LLC purchased a 24-unit Vista del Sol complex on the 3810 E. Monte Vista Drive from Mantel Properties LLC for $ 2 million. Joseph Chaprik and Joe Boyle have processed the sale with Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate.
407 Utah JGJ LLC purchased a 6-unit apartment complex at 407 W. Utah St. from GuillermoProperties LLC for $ 925,000. Coldwell Banker’s Chris Zigis represented the seller, and Keller Williams Realty’s Rick Holst represented the buyer.
Ralph’s move and storage leased 60,000 square feet of industrial space from Greenbean Investments LLC to 6760 S. Lisa Frank Ave. Robert Glazer and Picole represented the landlord, and Mark Irvin and Mark Irvine Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenants.
Silver Bell Center Shopping Center, 8547 N. Silver Bell Road has two new tenants. Southern Arizona Spirit Squad LLC has leased 1,158 square feet to a dance studio focused on pompom, hip hop, jazz and technique classes. Door Church Marana’s Daniel and Saraimon Real leased 1,708 square feet for a non-denominational Christian church. Craig Finflock, along with a commercial retail advisor, represented the landlord Namaki Living Trust.
