The The 15-square-mile ranch is home to a wide variety of wildlife. The Arrowhead Ranch is a great place for hunters, as it contains white-tailed deer, scimitar-horned orins, turkeys, wild pigs, and Haverina.

Quail hunting is the main attraction of this property. The list states that current owners Homer and Lindagomes, as well as former families who lived in the area, helped increase the quail population for Arrowhead Ranch.

According to the list, Arrowhead Ranch’s main home is 9,500 square feet with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There is a high ceiling, a large kitchen and a fireplace with a living room. Just outside the house is a paved patio, a pavilion, a wet bar with grills, and a 5,000-square-foot outdoor space with a fireplace.

Built in the 1930s, the lodge has been refurbished and has a kitchen, study, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an office. There are three small houses around the house. The 6,000-square-foot enclosed barn has rolling doors, two small barns, two RV sites, seven wells, and dozens of ponds.

Do I need to take off from my accommodation? No problem. A 5,000-square-foot runway and plane hangar were used on the premises when Lloyd Bentsen, a former US Senator and Treasury Secretary of President Bill Clinton, owned the ranch. He served as Treasury Secretary until 1994 and was later awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Arrowhead Ranch has been with Bentsen’s family for about 50 years. According to the list, the ranch has had two other owners since the 90’s.
