Despite the obvious luxury on offer, the home failed to find a buyer for its original $45 million request. But people are showing interest, according to Compass’s Antoine Crumeyrolle, his agent, who told SFGATE.

Crumeyrolle said the price cut is “a sign to the buyer that the seller is serious about selling the house sooner or later.”



San Francisco doesn’t have single-family home listings over $40 million due to price cuts. The Washington Street mansion currently tops the list of notable real estate properties that demand over $30 million. Birch house where Ken Fulk blinded Billionaires’ Row, asks for $35 million.and the Michael Taylor Signature ‘California Look’ Mansion At Sea Cliff, they demanded $32 million.
