The front door leads to the foyer and you have the option of exploring in all directions. The floating staircase is adjacent to the court closet and is curled to the left and right in a half dome shape. The staircase on the left leads to a carpeted loft used as an office, with skylights on both sides of the vaulted ceiling and railings overlooking the living room. The other staircase is twisted to the height of the bedroom.
The main living area is directly in front of the foyer. The terracotta-colored foyer tiled floor turns into beige carpet. To the left of the 560-square-foot room is a huge fireplace with a coral stone chimney, lined with white bookshelves. Two sets of sliders line up on the adjacent wall. Above it are four trapezoidal windows that illuminate the vaulted ceiling with natural light. In the vaulted ceiling, dark oak beams contrast sharply with white walls, bookshelves and chimneys. The lighting in this room is dented.
The dining room is on the right side of the living room and can be separated by a pocket door. Sliders line the two walls, straddling the width of the house and leading to a deck that wraps around one side. A pendant light hangs low in the center of the room.
The door on the right leads to a butler’s pantry with a white beadboard cabinet, a built-in wine cabinet, a granite countertop, and a gray tile backsplash with square accents depicting plants and fungi. There is a brick fireplace on the left.
The rest of the kitchen has a matching white beadboard cabinet with metal knobs, granite countertops, tile backsplash, embedded lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The island with an electric stove has a built-in 4-seat and wine fridge, and there is a 6-seater breakfast corner between the two slider sets. A chandelier is hanging on the table. The gray walls complement the tiles and countertops, and the floor of this room is light gray hexagonal ceramic tiles.
The door next to the fridge leads to a sink, counter space, a laundry room with wooden cabinets, and a mud room with a fridge.
A corridor away from the kitchen with ceramic tile floors passes through the lobby to the owner’s suite, where a safe room is hidden along the way.
The owner’s suite begins in a 420-square-foot living room with a slate hearth, wooden mantelpieces, and a fireplace with brass details. A built-in bookshelf is on the side of the fireplace. The birch cabinet was built across a wall room with two sets of sliders to the deck.
Two pillars are adjacent to the entrance to the 366 sq ft bedroom area. The room has an arched ceiling with three skylights, a ceiling fan, embedded lighting and a slider to the deck. The door to the dedicated porch opens. The suite also has two closets. One has a sliding door with a mirror. The second is a walk-in.
In the ensuite bath, the walls and floor are covered with ceramic tiles, and a small terracotta-colored square is placed in the center of the room. The rust-colored whirlpool is on the right and has three windows overlooking the private porch. There is a separate shower with glass doors, ceramic tiles on the walls and floor, and benches. The double bathroom sink has a ball faucet and granite counters, and the oak upper and lower cabinets have ample storage space.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower floors and are accessible from the second curved staircase in the lobby. They are about the same, with embedded lighting, double-door closets, and carpets. One bedroom has a second closet and the other bedroom has a built-in bookshelf.
They share a bathroom with the last bedroom in the hallway. The bath has hexagonal ceramic tiles on the floor and square ceramic tiles on the walls and shower. The grass-brick room also has a wooden cabinet topped with a whirlpool and Corian.
The last bedroom, further down the hallway, has carpet, embedded lighting, and a slider to the backyard.
The door next to the bedroom leads to a wooden panel library with a brick fireplace, a built-in bookshelf and two sets of sliders. The alcove on the left functions as an office. It also has a slider. Go straight and the carpeted staircase leads to a family room that mimics a living room with arched ceilings, coral fireplaces, skylights and sliders. Built-in cabinets provide even more storage space, and a wet bar with built-in wine cabinets and seats for four provides the perfect setup for hosting. The carpeted floating staircase leads to a loft area overlooking a family room that can be used as a gym.
Returning to the hall, you will find the last bath in the house with hexagonal tiled floors, whirlpool baths and corian counters.
Opposite the bathroom is a living area with pine floors, built-in cabinets, a brick fireplace and sliders. Another wet bar has upper and lower cabinets, as well as more wine cellars and a mini fridge. The last living room is waiting at the end of the corridor. There are three windows and a door to the machine room.
Facilities that new owners can explore include a swimming pool and tennis courts. The house also has a garage with three cars.
