Steve Hilton, executive chair of Meditage Homes Corp., a nationwide homebuilder, has sold a home with an elevator and an underground car park for eight cars for about $ 12 million.

Sergey and Olga Shukhat purchased a 13,068-square-foot mansion in the Silverleaf community in northern Scottsdale. Serge Shukhat is the founder of Southwest Property Management. Steve Hilton, the founder of Scottsdale-based Meritage Homes and now Executive Chairman, sold the property.
