KPMG’s offices will occupy floors 13-24 and will accommodate 5,500 employees.

designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Two Manhattan West is 935 feet high and has an area of 1.9 million square feet. The building is also connected to the Moynihan Train Hall via a protected pedestrian crossing, providing direct access to the High Line, Huts, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.
Upon completion, Two Manhattan West will be LEED Gold certified.
