In Season 2, the couple renovated an old body shop at the McCullough Avenue roundabout in Olmos Park. Five homes are currently under construction in San Antonio, with three more expected to break ground in the coming weeks. One contestant recently dropped out and the show recently opened casting.

“So far it’s been going really well,” said Kim. “I have an incredible team. I have a really great builder. He’s using six different builders this season, so it’s like everyone has their own home. .”
