Billionaire Ken Griffin has found a buyer for his 5-bedroom, 7,400-square-foot Near North Side condo just weeks after it went on the market for $11.5 million.

He paid his $16 million in 2014 for his full-floor unit on his 46th floor of the building. He gave his 46th floor unit to billionaire Jude Reyes (co-chairman of beer and food distributor Reyes Holdings) at the end of 2015, the same he paid $16 million. sold at
Griffin’s 37th floor condo was charged $130,209 in property taxes for the 2020 tax year. It is not yet known when he will finish selling the unit, nor the price or who the buyer will be.
