Thousands of shareholders have joined billionaire Jeff Bezos in waiting for the long-awaited earnings report for Arrived Homes.

But they weren’t the usual billionaire shareholders eager to see how their fortunes fared during turbulent times. Instead, many of these shareholders invested as little as $100 — a real estate investment tactic that Bezos acknowledged potential.

Arrived home A new investment platform that offers shares of select single-family rentals. Only 1% of properties considered pass through the company’s rigorous vetting process aimed at maximizing returns for shareholders.
Every quarter, the company’s data team produces a report to let shareholders know how much money has been returned. Expectations were high for the third quarter, but few could have predicted the numbers.

In 2022, the company’s assets generated $3.3 million for shareholders, but that’s just the surface. A closer look at the third-quarter numbers reveals why the company is the world’s second-richest man and has earned the trust of entrepreneur Marc Benioff and Uber Technologies Inc. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi Become.

In the third quarter alone, the company generated a staggering $1.9 million in revenue from 184 rentals in its portfolio. That’s an average of $10,326 in just three months. The share price rose an average of 12.6%, adding $1.5 million to the shareholders’ portfolio and rent dividends to $373,000.

There are two important points here. The timing is amazing given that returns tripled in just six months, listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) fell 10.8%, and the S&P 500 fell 4.9% over the same period.

One of the main reasons the Bezos-backed company has posted these numbers during the ongoing bear market is its human resources. We hire real estate veterans who can negotiate. In the third quarter, 49 of the 53 properties we rented exceeded our expectations.

The report also notes that the vacation rental that sold out first got its first six bookings. Vacation rentals recently included in the Arrived Homes portfolio are listed on Airbnb and similar websites. They allow for higher income opportunities, while regular rentals offer more consistent earnings opportunities.

Arrived has already amassed a sizeable shareholder base that will quickly purchase the newly uploaded rental, and reports like this are sure to attract many new investors.
