The Donald and Ivana Trump starter condominiums were real estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, over 19,700 square feet.

Five years after getting married, in 1982, the future president, then 35, and his now-deceased ex-wife, Ivana, then 33, bought the property for $ 4 million.

The Georgian colonial mansion, consisting of the main building and guesthouse, consists of eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms on a 5.8-acre peninsula.

Waterfront real estate has been on sale over the last three years, initially at a whopping $ 45 million. It finally hit the market for $ 32 million, but was launched in April of this year because it didn’t get a buyer. Modern refurbishment is expected to take place before it is listed again.
