Both units have received overhauls completed this year. In the foyer of the unit shown here, the tiled floors are replaced with refinished white oak. A coat closet awaits your winter best.

The foyer opens into the living room which is much more expansive than expected. It is 25 feet long (300 square feet total) and flooded with natural light from the many windows. (FYI: There are 10 double doors.) Partial coffered ceilings have recessed lighting and a ladder-like pattern accentuates the depth of the room. A gas fireplace covered in large gray porcelain tiles warms the space.

From the opening in the living room, you can walk through the dining room, kitchen, and glass doors onto the back deck.

A chandelier doesn’t define the dining area, but it seems like the perfect place for a table that’s bathed in light from three windows (two double hangs and a transom).

A glass door to the driveway separates the dining area from the kitchen for quick groceries. I have. The space also features gray shaker-style cabinetry, tube-like pendant lighting, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), and a quartz backsplash that mimics the veins of marble.

The home has two bedrooms on this level, flanked by full baths designed with a modern aesthetic. The wall-mounted sink has a white quartz top and the cabinet is covered with espresso-colored wood veneer. Floors are gray ceramic tiles, showers have multiple heads, marble mosaic pebble floors, polished porcelain surrounds, and frameless glass doors.

The bedroom to the left of this bathroom is 138 square feet with two windows, a pair of closets, and a discreet overhead light. The other bedroom is almost a mirror image, but smaller at 112 square feet. There is no ceiling light and one double closet.

The other bedroom and bath are on the lower level and are accessed by a flight of stairs directly beyond the kitchen. At the bottom of the stairs is a room that can be called anything room. It’s a 253-square-foot rectangle with no support beams to determine where furniture can and cannot be placed. It has one basement style window with recessed lighting.

A short hallway off this room leads to the bedroom suite, bedroom and full bath. The solo bedroom is 100 square feet with full windows, recessed lighting, and a closet with double sliding doors.

The suite features a 132-square-foot bedroom area, full-length windows, two sliding-door closets, recessed lighting, adjoining bathroom, espresso-colored floating double vanity and white porcelain counters, and It has a gray washbasin. Shower with ceramic tile and marble mosaic pebble floors, polished porcelain walls, and sliding glass doors.
