The 55,000-square-foot spa includes a 4,000-square-foot fitness center, treatment rooms, saunas, and steam rooms. There is a 3-lane bowling alley, billiards, and a games room. A massive auditorium with a 4,000-square-foot stage welcomes performances by some of the biggest names in music. A small gym has its own basketball court, and a two-story arcade is filled with slot machines, pinball and other games. “Yes, it could be the super-rich, but it could also be a corporation. A retreat center. A college or a university,” he said. “It’s not just a place that’s like your own hideaway, but you can turn it into something spectacular. There’s a lot of land there, so it has a lot of potential.”
