The mid-century Los Angeles estate once home to Frank Sinatra is back on the market.

Designed in 1951 by noted architect William Pereira, the nearly eight-acre site is currently asking for $12.75 million. Previously, listing records show that the property was listed for $21.5 million more than a year before him, along with an additional seven acres of land.

More than seven acres of land with 10 home approvals listed separately for $6.8 million, according to Barrie Livingstone of Sotheby’s International Realty, who is in charge of the sale with Compass’s Anthony Giordano.

The main residence, located in the Los Angeles suburb of Chatsworth, has 6,661 square feet of living space with views of the mountains and the city skyline, according to a listing published late last month.

“Some pieces of glass are original single-pane glass, one of the 18-foot-long, 12-foot-high sliding doors,” Livingston says. “It’s amazing how this 70-year-old house looks as modern as it’s ever been.”

One of the best-selling music artists of all time, Sinatra, known for such hits as “My Way,” “Strangers in the Night,” and “New York, New York,” rented the property in the 1950s and ’60s. I lived inFrom bank heiress Dora Hutchinson, according to published report.

It has also hosted celebrities such as Judy Garland and Marilyn Monroe, and appeared in TV shows and movies such as ‘Mad Men’ and ‘Dreamgirls’.

The current owner purchased the property for $1.54 million through a trust in 1998, property records show.
