Another skyscraper in downtown Dallas has undergone a major makeover.

The 12-story office complex on Young Street and Field Street has been occupied by several federal agencies for many years.

With a glass atrium towering in front of the Dallas Convention Center, the Radiance Plaza Building has more than 100,000 square feet of free office space leased by Colliers International.

The refurbishment plan will include a newly landscaped outdoor plaza, conference center, tenant lounge space, roof deck and updated common areas throughout the building.

Entos Design is a refurbished architect scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

Large parking lots were added to the building in 1983 and 2006.
