The 80,000-square-foot International Headquarters of the Covenant House is right next door to 460 West 41st Street. The building being demolished was purchased by Goldman Sachs Asset Management JV and was previously used by the Covenant House and emptied before it was demolished.

Residents have access to a 10,700-square-foot amenity suite on the 8th floor of 550 Tens Avenue and two outdoor terraces. Other facilities include a fitness center with cardio equipment, a weightlifting area, a yoga room, a stretch space, as well as a flexible daytime coworking space with separate workstations and meeting rooms. There is an interior lounge. Located on the 45th floor with a shared rooftop lounge and a well-maintained outdoor roof deck, it offers views of Midtown Manhattan and the Hudson Yards, Hudson River, and Lower Manhattan to the south.
