Q3 2022 average selling price is $1,264,596. This is down 14.2% from Q2, but up 18.4% from Q3 2021.

The average price per square foot in the third quarter was $377. This is down 6.9% from Q2, but up 24% from Q3 2021.

The average number of market days since the last listing date for Q3 2022 was 27. In the second quarter it was 22 days. A year ago it was the 26th.
