Betty White A longtime Los Angeles home has officially been off the market — and it sold higher than the original asking price.
“Golden Girls” star Brentwood, CA, Home Sales At $ 10.678 million, according to ET.
As previously reported by FOX Business, it was listed for $ 10.575 billion in April.
The single-family home, built in 1952, closed shortly after it hit the market for the first time in more than 50 years.
White’s husband, Allen Luden, first purchased the property in 1968.
White lived there until his death in December 2021.
According to Sotheby’s Realty’s list, the interior of the 5-bed 6-bath house is 3,029 square feet and is located on 0.72 acres of land.
The “park-like” property overlooks the Getty Museum and mountains, and the real estate list states that it is “lovingly cared for.”
Homes may be leveled because the buyer is unknown and the property was sold at land prices.
The list also states that this property will be a “unique opportunity to build your dream home” on a flat surface in a “quiet country environment”.
White Carmel, California and villas also sold above the asking price earlier this year.
The beachfront property was $ 7.95 million and sold for a whopping $ 10.775 million.
According to real estate records, White and Raden initially purchased the land on which the beach house was built in 1978 for $ 170,000.
Construction of the house was completed in 1981, and White’s husband died in the same year.
White died on New Year’s Eve 2021 at the age of 99 after suffering a stroke.
She was ashamed of her 100th birthday for just a few weeks.
