Actor Ben Stiller has found a buyer for his apartment at 150 Charles Street in Manhattan.
The West Village condo, which claims $14.5 million, is listed in the contract on the listing agency’s website.
In 2016, Stiller paid $15.3 million through an organization called the Riverside Trust, according to wealth records. The property went on sale earlier this month, according to property listing site StreetEasy.
The winning bid is unknown. A spokesperson for the actor did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The listing says the approximately 3,400-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms. There is a private elevator foyer that leads to great rooms with views of the Hudson River. The large kitchen and breakfast room are decked out in white Alabama marble and include appliances, including a 78-bottle Subzero wine refrigerator. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private study with views of the New York Harbor.
150 Charles Street has long been a celebrity gathering place. The condo pays tribute to the building’s industrial past with factory-style windows and approximately 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a 75-foot swimming pool, professional spa, yoga studio and juice bar. Stiller, 56, is best known for films such as ‘Tropic Thunder’, ‘Zoolander’ and ‘Meet the Fockers’. He recently produced and directed many episodes of the TV show ‘Severance’.
