“Creed” star Michael B. Jordan has his Los Angeles home listed for $12.995 million, according to The Agency’s listing agent Andrew Mortaza.
The eight-bedroom, approximately 12,300-square-foot property is located in Encino’s expensive Royal Estate neighborhood, said Mortaza, who has the listing with colleague Brian Castaneda.

The 2021-built property will have a gym with a hot tub, a home theater with a concession stand, a glass-enclosed wine room and an elevator, Mortaza said. The primary he bedroom suite has two oversized walk-in closets. “That’s the biggest ‘wow’ factor when people walk by,” he said.
On about half an acre, Mortaza said there will also be a two-story guesthouse, a stand-alone massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and cabanas with fireplaces. He said he doesn’t see why Jordan would sell.
