“Creed” star Michael B. Jordan has his Los Angeles home listed for $12.995 million, according to The Agency’s listing agent Andrew Mortaza.
The eight-bedroom, approximately 12,300-square-foot property is located in Encino’s expensive Royal Estate neighborhood, said Mortaza, who has the listing with colleague Brian Castaneda.
Jordan purchased the home for $12.51 million in May 2022 and spent about $500,000 to upgrade the building’s security and air conditioning systems, Mortaza said.
A representative for Jordan did not respond to a request for comment.

The 2021-built property will have a gym with a hot tub, a home theater with a concession stand, a glass-enclosed wine room and an elevator, Mortaza said. The primary he bedroom suite has two oversized walk-in closets. “That’s the biggest ‘wow’ factor when people walk by,” he said.
On about half an acre, Mortaza said there will also be a two-story guesthouse, a stand-alone massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and cabanas with fireplaces. He said he doesn’t see why Jordan would sell.
This estate has approximately 12,300 square feet of living space.
Property structures include the main house, guest house, massage rooms, and cabanas.
The site is approximately 0.5 acres.
The front door is approximately 20 feet high.
Jordan, the star of the movies Creed and Black Panther, is set to star in Creed III, which he directed later this year.He is also co-founder of a marketing company obsidian works.
Encino’s median sale price in November was about $1.18 million, down 6.2% from the same month in 2021, according to real estate brokers.
