Park City’s mountaintop home will measure about 15,000 square feet, said developer Matt Alcone of Alcone Ventures. With floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a flat roof, the home will have a sleek, modern design inspired by the glass house seen in the 2015 James Bond movie Spectre, Arcone said. said.

Located approximately 9,000 feet above sea level, the approximately 2-acre property overlooks Park City and the Wasatch Mountains. Arcone says the home has access to Deer Valley ski trails and backcountry skiing, and is centrally located for hiking and biking trails. Julie says the nearby Provo River is great for fly fishing.

Arcone said he bought the land in two deals in 2020, but did not disclose how much he paid. He said he started working on the project last November and expects it to be completed by the end of 2023 or early 2024.

The home has four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and patios, a media room and about 16 fireplaces, Alcone said. has a bunk room that sleeps 11 with two ensuite bathrooms, two walk-in closets and a patio.

Amenities include a rooftop deck and a 44-foot long heated outdoor lap pool. The office complex in the house includes a video conferencing room, an executive office and a bathroom. A fitness center is also planned, with a sauna, steam room and massage rooms opening onto the pool deck. The property has a motor court and multiple garages, including one for ATVs and one for snowmobiles. However, the house is still in the early stages of construction, so the design can be changed at the buyer’s request, he said.

This property will be the most expensive on the Utah market.
