Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group sells and markets units ranging from studios to four-bedroom residences with prices ranging from $1 million to $10 million. hollander design is the landscape architect for the property, which occupies a block bounded by Watts Street to the north, Deathbroth Street to the south, Washington Street to the east, and West Street to the west.
Below is a photo of the building before construction started, followed by a recent renovation. The gray concrete surfaces were coated with warm limestone plaster from France, brightening the overall exterior of the building and most of the new windows were installed.
Many homes have balconies with unobstructed sunset and views of Hudson River Park across West Street. The cobbled Desbrosses Street is among the tree-lined streets that surround the property.

450 Washington’s amenities include an expansive rooftop deck and remodeled private motor courtyard. The property is located across from West Street in Hudson River Park, near many fine dining restaurants and art galleries.
