Another logo of the building has been added to the inwardly sloping wall along the base of the tower, with the letter M and the number 351 mounted on a gray diamond-shaped tile facing the Marine Boulevard. Subtle protrusions from the surface create a nice shadow effect. All this is underneath the conversely chamfered triangular face, with a white banner indicating that the lease is still available.
