Façade work is ongoing 2551-2555 BroadwayManhattan 22 story residential building Upper West Side..Designed by Thomas Jul Hansen When Stephen B. Jacobs Group Developed by Paragon JV Properties III as a record architect, the 276,578-square-foot structure produces 130 units, each averaging 1,660-square-foot, and 9,080-square-foot retail space on the ground floor. Leeding Builders Group is a general contractor and RC Structures is a concrete contractor for this property on the corner of Broadway and West 96th Street.

Since then Our last update In early January, more light-colored facades were installed around the grid of industrial-style windows, and some of the scaffolding was removed from the top floor.

Close-up shots show decorative black metal railings in front of several floor-to-ceiling windows around the eastern corner. A portion of the temporary protective blue film has been stripped from the glass plate, giving you a glimpse of some of the interior of a busyly decorated home. The sidewalk scaffolding should be removed near the end of summer, revealing the entrance to the home and the frontage of the retail store on the ground floor.
